Now, they talk about it bein’ “authentic and reliable”. Well, I hope so! If I’m spendin’ my hard-earned money, I want somethin’ that lasts. Don’t want no flimsy piece of junk that breaks the first time ya sneeze. They say it’s a “timepiece”. Sounds important, like it’s holdin’ time itself in its little gears.
Then there’s this “Amazon” place. Heard the young’uns talkin’ about it. Seems like they sell everything under the sun there. And they got this watch too, with “free shipping and free returns”. Free shippin’ sounds good, saves ya a trip to town. And if ya don’t like it, ya can send it back, I guess. Though, in my day, if ya bought somethin’, ya kept it, whether ya liked it or not!

But it’s just for the “manual and cards”. The instructions, ya know? Tells ya how to set the thing, I guess. Back in my day, if somethin’ needed instructions, it was too complicated!
Folks on them “Omega Forums”, they talk about the price, and whether they love it or hate it. Seems like some folks think it’s the best thing since sliced bread, and others think it’s a waste of money. Well, that’s how it is with everything, I suppose. Can’t please everyone, can ya?
They even talk about changin’ the “battery”. Guess it ain’t one of them watches that runs on sunshine or somethin’. Gotta open it up and put in a new battery every now and then. Reminds me of my old flashlight, always dyin’ on me when I needed it most.
