Okay, so, I’ve been eyeing this Fendi By The Way bag for, like, forever. It’s just so classy, you know? But, ugh, that price tag! So, I decided I was gonna find a good deal on one, no matter what.
The Hunt Begins
First, I started hitting up all the usual online stores. You know, the big department stores and stuff. But even on sale, they were still pretty pricey. I did find some discounts, up to 1 dollar off, which is ridiculous. Then, I remembered seeing ads for designer bag sales on Amazon.
Digging Deeper
- I spent hours, and I mean hours, scouring online marketplaces.
- I looked at The RealReal, which I’ve heard good things about. They had a bunch of Fendi By The Way bags, and some were in decent condition. They claim everything’s authenticated by experts, so that’s good.
- Then I checked out Fashionphile. They had a ton of Fendi bags, too. Their prices were okay, not amazing, but okay.
- I even looked at some Dutch sites, because the ads kept saying they had good customer service. And they accept iDeal.
Almost Giving Up
Honestly, I was starting to get discouraged. A lot of the bags were still out of my price range, or they were in pretty rough shape. I almost decided to just give up and save up for a brand new one.

But then, I stumbled upon a listing on a resale site. It was for a Fendi By The Way bag, and the description said it was in “excellent” condition. The pictures looked great, almost too good to be true. The price was significantly lower than anything else I’d seen.
Taking a Chance
I was a little nervous, but I decided to go for it. I mean, what did I have to lose? I paid for it and crossed my fingers that it would be as good as it looked.

A few days later, the package arrived. I ripped it open, and… oh my god. It was perfect! The bag was in amazing condition, just like the pictures. It even came with the original dust bag. I couldn’t believe I’d actually scored such a great deal.
My New Baby
I’ve been carrying my “new” Fendi By The Way bag everywhere, and I get so many compliments. It’s the perfect size, and it goes with everything. I’m so glad I didn’t give up on my search. It just goes to show that you can find amazing deals if you’re willing to put in the work.
